Overview

We stand behind the quality of our analytical reference standards. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict quality control requirements for analytical reference standards, certain restrictions apply to ensure product integrity for all customers.

Eligibility for Return

Unopened Products

Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To qualify:

  • Product must be in original, factory-sealed packaging
  • Tamper-evident seals must be intact
  • Product must not have been exposed to extreme temperatures, moisture, or light
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to return shipment

Opened Products

Due to the risk of contamination and the inability to verify product integrity after opening, opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy protects all customers by ensuring that every product shipped from our facility has verifiable chain of custody and purity.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken tamper-evident seals
  • Products returned without an RMA number
  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Packages seized, detained, or destroyed by customs
  • Orders where the buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Change-of-mind returns after the product has shipped (unless cancelled before dispatch)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will evaluate your request and, if eligible, issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the exterior of the package.
  4. Ship the return via a trackable carrier to the address provided with your RMA. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.
  5. Once received, we inspect the product (3–5 business days). If approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method.

Product Quality Guarantee

If you believe a product does not meet its stated specifications (≥99% purity by HPLC), you may submit an independent third-party laboratory analysis for our review. We will compare results with our retained batch sample. If the discrepancy is confirmed:

  • Full refund or free replacement, at your option
  • We will reimburse reasonable third-party testing costs (up to $150, with prior authorization)

This guarantee reflects our confidence in our quality control process. All products are HPLC-verified before shipment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency (USDC): 1–3 business days
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval
