Secure Payment Options

ChemBridge Laboratory Supplies accepts multiple payment methods through our secure payment processor. Choose the option that works best for you. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through PeptidePay, a specialized payment gateway for research chemical suppliers. We never see, receive, or store your full payment card details. Your payment information is transmitted directly to the processor over an encrypted connection.

Frequently Asked Payment Questions

Why was my card declined?
Some banks automatically decline transactions to research chemical suppliers. If your card is declined, try: (1) contacting your bank to authorize the transaction, (2) using a different card, or (3) paying with cryptocurrency which cannot be blocked.

What appears on my bank statement?
Your statement will show a discreet, generic merchant descriptor. No reference to chemicals, research compounds, or product names will appear.

Is crypto payment safe?
Yes. Crypto payments are processed on-chain with full transparency. You send the exact amount quoted at checkout to the wallet address provided. Once confirmed on the blockchain, your order is automatically processed. No chargeback risk, no intermediaries.

Do you accept PayPal?
No. PayPal and Stripe prohibit transactions involving research chemicals and will freeze accounts that process such payments. We use PeptidePay specifically because it is designed for and compliant with research chemical transactions.

Are there any additional fees?
Credit/debit card payments incur a ~7.5% processing fee (3% PeptidePay + ~4.5% card network fee). Cryptocurrency payments have the lowest fees at approximately 3%. All fees are included in the price displayed at checkout — no surprise charges.
